An Associate Member is a citizen who wants to contribute their time to Coalition activities but cannot make the commitment necessary for full Board membership. They can choose an activity to work on, or the President can suggest one. They are encouraged to attend Board meetings, provide discussion, and suggest motions to be considered by the Board. They cannot vote.
